Two rice containers shipped for Syrian Refugees

Khubaib Foundation on Tuesday shipped two containers containing rice as part of relief activities for Syrian Refugees.

Salman Tahir Shah of Khubaib Foundation, a welfare organization of Pakistan told the media on this occasion that besides taking part in welfare activities in the country his organization has also been participating in relief activities in war-hit Syria.

The Khubaib Foundation has 13 centres in Pakistan in which around 1700 orphans are being looked after.

He said his foundation has also setup orphanage houses in Syria besides setting up Pakistan Bakery over there.

He said due to heavy rains in Syria the people are facing a lot of hardships and to provide them with relief two containers having rice have been shipped to the war-hit country for affected people.

He said for the past three years, every month one or two containers having relief goods are shipped to Syria as part of relief activities on behalf of Khubaib Foundation. These items include rice, garments and others. He appealed to the people of Pakistan to participate in this activity by making donations and become part of this relief campaign.
