Elon Musk’s Twitter sued again in California this week for alleged failure to pay a vendor

A company, Writer Inc has sued Twitter in the United States of America (USA) under the charges of breaching the agreement by failing to make payment to it.

Since taking charge as the CEO of Twitter by Elon Musk, Writer Inc is at least the sixth entrepreneur in the USA which has sued Twitter in four months.

The companies which earlier had sued Twitter, also include Columbia REIT which is San Francisco based entrepreneur.

A private jet transportation service provider, Private Jet Services Group, is another company which has sued Twitter.

Blueprint Studios Trends which is an event based production had also sued Twitter.

A legal and public records database, PlainSite, is tracking these lawsuits which have been filed against Twitter.

Allegedly Twitter had failed to make payment to Columbia REIT which is a real estate company.

In the newest complaint, filed in California Superior Court in San Francisco, Writer says that Twitter failed to pay a bill for the relatively humble amount of $113,856, stated a media outlet, CNBC.

Writer, which was previously known as Qordoba, introduces itself as a company which helps in creating content for brands.

Elon Musk who is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Twitter is a well-known entrepreneur and business magnate who was born on June 28, 1971, in Pretoria, South Africa.

Musk is the CEO of several companies, including Tesla Inc. (an electric vehicle company), SpaceX (a private space exploration company), Neuralink (a company focused on developing brain-machine interfaces), and The Boring Company (a company focused on developing underground transportation infrastructure).

Musk began his career as an entrepreneur in the early 1990s when he founded his first company, Zip2, which provided online business directories and maps.

In 1999, he sold Zip2 for almost $300 million and founded X.com, an online payment company that eventually became PayPal.

After PayPal, Musk founded SpaceX in 2002 with the goal of reducing the cost of space exploration and ultimately making it possible for humans to live on other planets.

In 2004, he joined Tesla as chairman and became its CEO in 2008. Tesla has been successful in producing electric vehicles that have gained popularity and disrupted the traditional automotive industry.

Musk has received numerous awards and recognitions for his work, including being named one of the most powerful people in the world by Forbes and Time magazines.
