Donkey’s Carcass in the Garrison City

A dead donkey is laying in front of office of Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) which has put question mark on performance of authorities concerned with regard to solid waste management of the city.
Several days have passed since laying of this donkey in front of RDA’s office and it has started stinking. The authorities concerned seems least concerned about the body of dead donkey which is laying in one of the most prominent places of the city.
This is pertinent to mention here that a facility of Al Buraq, a Turkish company responsible for solid waste management in Rawalpindi is situated nearby the office of RDA.
