Case registered against PML-N’s MNA Azhar Nahra

Police Station Secretariat Islamabad has registered case against MNA Azhar Qayyum Nahra who has affiliation with Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) for allegedly attacking a director Capital Development Authority (CDA) at his office situated at Parliament Lodges.
However, till filing of this report, the police could not arrest the accused MNA in this case.
According to the registered case against the MNA, the director of CDA, Tahir Mehmood was busy in his official business at Parliament Lodges that MNA Nahra along with his three accomplices barged into his office and started shouting on him (Mehmood).
The MNA in question inquired from the complainant as how he dared not to answer his call yesterday. According to the complainant a few eyewitnesses were also present on this occasion at his office.
According to the complainant he told the MNA that he neither received any call from him nor any person representing him (Nahra) paid him any visit (for some purpose).
According to the FIR the complainant told the legislator to furnish him with the details as what he wants and this would be done within no time.
However, according to Mehmood, the MNA dragged him from his collar and attempted to bash him. According to the FIR the people present in his office tried to calm down him but the MNA continued to threaten him with dire consequences.
“I will not spare you. I am the representative of 0.7 million persons,” the complainant further stated in his complaint. He asked the authorities concerned to take action against the MNA in question for taking law into his hands.
