Large-scale Transfers & Postings made in Punjab Police Department
12 high-ranked police officers transferred to new posts with immediate effect

Punjab Police witnessed changes on large-scale when 12 high-ranked police officers were transferred or posted on various vacancies on Thursday.
The Police Department, Government of Punjab issued notification in this context in which 12 transfers/postings were ordered with immediate effect.
Ghufran Nasir (PSP/BS18) was transferred from SP Investigation Jhelum to SP Security, Rawalpindi against an existing vacancy.
Meanwhile Shazia Sarwar, an officer of grade-18 posted as SP Investigation Jhelum. Previously she was serving as Additional SP Investigation, Allama Iqbal Town Lahore.
Naveed Irshad, another 18 grade officer has been transferred from Additional SP Dolphin Squad, Lahore and posted as Additional SP Investigation, Allama Iqbal Town Lahore.
Moreover, Javaria Muhammad Jamil an officer of grade-17 who was serving as DSP Headquarters Sargodha has been posted as SP Internal Accountability Branch Sargodha Region. She has been posted against the vacancy in her own pay and scale against an
existing vacancy.
Zia-ud-Din Ahmad, an officer of grade-17 has been posted as Additional SP Sadar, Rawalpindi. Earlier he was SDPO New Town Rawalpindi.
Captain (Retired) Mazhar Iqbal, an officer of grade-18 was transferred as Additonal SP Sadar Rawalpindi and posted as Additional SP Rawal Town Rawalpindi.
Asif Masood, a police officer of grade-18 has been posted as SP CIA, Rawalpindi against an existing vacancy. Earlier he was serving as Additional SP Rawal Town, Rawalpindi.
ASP, Aisha Butt transferred as SDPO Ferozewala Sheikhpura and posted as Additional SP Anti-Riot Unit Lahore.
Meanwhile Rashida Bibi, an officer of grade-18 has been posted as SP Administration Faisalabad against an existing vacancy. Moreover, Muhammad Asif Zafar Cheema has been posted as SP Internal Accountibility Branch Faisalabad Region against an existing vacancy.
Shahid Mehmood Sheikh, an officer of grade-18 has been posted as SP Investigation-III Branch against an existing vacancy. Hafeez-ur-Rehman an officer of ASP rank has been posted as SP Investigation DG Khan in his own pay and scale against an existing vacancy.
