Pak Army shot downs another Indian spy drone

The troops of Pakistan Army on Friday shot down an Indian spy quadcopter or drone which had intruded 700 metres on Pakistan side of Line of Control (LoC) in Nekrun Sector.

This is second occasion within this week that Pakistan Army troops had shot down Indian spying quadcopter. Earlier the Pak army troops had shot down an Indian spy drone in Rakhchikri Sector along the LoC which had intruded 650 metre on Pakistan side.

According to a tweet by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Friday Pakistan Army troops shot down an Indian spying quadcopter which came from Kanzalwan Sector, intruded 700 Meters on Pakistan side of LoC in Nekrun Sector.

Similarly last month, an Indian quadcopter was shot down by Pakistani troops which had violated Pakistan’s airspace in Sankh district.

According to relevant quarters Indian military uses quadcopters for aerial photography of Pakistani posts along the LoC as part of its intelligence-gathering operations and target selection before carrying out cross-LoC shelling, some media report maintained.
