Mir Hassan’s family gets Rs120,000 after his suicide

Mir Hassan’s family in Karachi finally got two cheques of Rs60,000 each from Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal on the instruction of head of the body of its Sindh Chapter.
According to some social media posts the deputy information secretary of PTI (Centre), Tahir Malik distributed these two cheques having total amount of Rs120,000 in the family members of the Mir Hassan.
According to these social media reports Tahir Malik stated on this occasion that Prime Minister Imran Khan had ordered immediate relief to the family of Mir Hassan after his suicide. He also stated that Hassan’s suicide was a very unfortunate incident.
A man named as Mir Hassan reportedly committed suicide had committed suicide in Karachi because he was devastated over being unable to provide warm clothes for his children during the winters.
Mir Hassan was a resident of the city’s Ibrahim Haidery area of Karachi and earned his livelihood by driving a donkey cart. After his suicide attempt in which he put himself on fire he was taken to the Civil Hospital but he was unable to survive the burn wounds.
Mir Hassan was heartbroken after his children had asked for warm clothes to protect themselves from the harsh cold. He was going through a financial crisis.
However, according to some social media reports his suicide finally compelled the government the provide some relief to his family by providing it with cheques having total amount of Rs120,000.
