COMSATS University Islamabad is in the limelight but altogether due to a very different reason which does not have relation of any sort with the local culture, ethics and the religion.

Interestingly, in a Question Paper of English, Class BEE, Semester 1st, English Comprehension and Composition, of the COMSATS University, a very unethical and immoral question was asked.

In the question paper it was asked from the students to answer a question about an unnatural relationship between two siblings. The question in the question paper apparently suggests that an effort was made knowingly or unknowingly to promote or highlight incest sex in Pakistan.

Students were asked to write four paragraphs containing 300 words on inappropriate questions.

There has been anger among the students due to an immoral question which was asked from the student and the Ministry of Science and Technology took notice of it and initiated an inquiry.

The administration of the COMSATS University put all the responsibility on the lecturer of the visiting faculty for asking such an inappropriate question from the students.

The in-charge, the controller of examinations, the registrar and the rector of the COMSATS University were declared innocent in the inquiry committee.

The responsibility of the entire episode was put on the shoulders of the visiting faculty member, Khair al-Bashar.

The visiting lecturer was dismissed from the service and he was also banned from future jobs at the university.

Following is the content of the Question Paper which had forced the Ministry of Science and Technology to form a body to inquire about the issue.
